Carol Ann White (Mercer) March 20, 1954 – February 21, 2025 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Ann White (Mercer) on February 21, 2025, at the age of 70, surrounded by her loving children at the Miller Centre Palliative Care Unit. Carol will be lovingly remembered by her three children: Connie (Rodney) Reid, Glen (Lorna) White, and Debbie (Darrell) Morgan, with whom she had the joy of living with for the past ten years. Her heart was full of pride for her four grandchildren: Max, Matthew, Aeryn, and Addison, who brought her endless joy. She is survived by her sister, Cynthia Parsons (Norm Marsden), and brother, Roger Mercer (Karen). Carol was blessed with the best of in-laws, whom she cherished: Delores (Ed) Wade, Susan (Dave) Garland, Ben (Holly) White, Mavis Stuckless, Effie Brenton, Calvin Best, Linda (Dennis) Sieben, and Todd (Sherry) White. She was predeceased by her parents, Duncan and Edith Mercer; her infant son, Chad; her husband, Steve; her mother and father-in-law, Llewelyn and Carrie White; as well as her brothers Lloyd and Peter, and sister-in-law Glendene Best. A kind and quiet soul, Carol was known for her unwavering love and faith. She cherished her family deeply and looked forward to every family gathering. For the past decade, she found great happiness in her “happy place” at Debbie and Darrell’s home, especially enjoying the presence of her granddaughter, Addison. Carol took comfort in hosting friends on her beautiful patio, surrounded by light, fountains, and butterflies.
