Francis (Frank) Parsons

Francis Parsons passed peacefully away at St.Patricks Mercy home on Saturday, April 11th, 2020, Aged 81. Predeceseaed by his devoted wife Ina, they lived their days out together raising their family in Markland. Left with loving memories are daughter Tracey (Paddy), sons Lawrence, David (Cindy) and Ronald, sister Elizabeth and grandchildren Natasha, Bree, Lucas, Donavan, Desmond, Rider, Paige and Diamond along with a large group of friends and relatives and the staff St. Patrick’s Mercy home. Frank spent his last few years full of life and love at St. Patrick’s Mercy home where he loved to play the drums, woodwork, play bingo and darts and to eat enough breakfast for three men. A special Thank-you to everyone at the home for taking such good care of him.
Frank was a joker, always finding a way to brighten everyone’s day. He was a man of few words but many smiles. Born and raised in Markland, he loved his home there. If able he would have lived his entire life with his loving wife, fishing, cutting wood and tending to the land he was so proud of with his dog Sasha by his side.
Francis will be buried next to his wife Ina in the United cemetery in Whitbourne.
Unfortunately we are unable to have a memorial service at this trying time as we wish to keep his loved ones safe. We will inform everyone of future celebrations of life for him.
