  • Power, Marie Celine- Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Care on Sunday May 28, 2017. Marie Celine Power of Chapel Arm age 87 years. Predeceased by her husband Cyril son John; parents Sarah Belle and Leo Pretty, brother Charles Pretty, sisters Gertrude Power and Irene Purcell and son-in-law Morley Penney. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories children; Donna Norman (Merrill), Margaret Oates (Arthur), Cyril (Marjorie), Larry (Phoebe), Eugene (Annie), Valerie Noftall, Sharon Smith (Rick), Connie Jackson (Rodney). 15 Grandchildren, 19 Great grandchildren, 2 Great Great grandchildren. Also,a large number of nieces and nephews, cousin and friends.

    Resting at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Chapel Arm.

    Visitation Monday May 29, 2017 2:00pm-4:00pm 6pm-9:00pm on May 30,2017 10:00 am – 12:00pm 2:00pm-4:00pm 6pm-9:00pm.

    Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday May 31, 2017 @ 11:00am.   Funeral arrangements entrusted to Holloway’s Funeral Home Whitbourne.
