Roderick ”Dean” Reid

Roderick ”Dean” Reid

April 28, 1966 – August 25, 2024

It is with broken hearts we announce the tragic passing of Dean, our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. Predeceased by his parents Harry and Eileen Reid, sister Dorothy, and nephew Joshua.

Leaving to mourn with precious memories his wife, love of his life, and best friend, Trudy; sons Jordan and Dylan (Carly); parents-in-law Andy and Hilda; sister-in-law Andrea (KG); brothers Barry (Vivian), Keith (Jamie), Bill (Donna), Don (Patsy), Curtis, Chris (Sue), Paul (Andrea); sisters Jocelyn (Pete), Minnie (Dennis), Pauline (Angus); numerous nieces, nephews, and too many friends to count.

To know Dean was to love him. He was a friend to everyone and an enemy to none. Dean was the life of the party and loved trouting and hunting, but his favorite pleasure by far was spending time with his family and friends.

As per Dean’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations will be gratefully accepted by way of e-transfer to trudyreid@hotmail.com.
