BAKER, John Richard, June 8, 1941 – May 15, 2017. Passed peacefully away at the Lions Manor, Placentia. Born in Toronto he moved to Whitbourne to retire. He loved the people, the music, and the occassional jigs dinner. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Peggy Baker, parents -in-law Isaac and Elsie Morgan. Sister Lynda

grand-daughter Krystal and grandson Kevin. Brother Bob (Ann) sisters; Marilyn and Elsie. Sisters-in-law; Violet Hickey, Joyce Hutchings, Pearl Morgan, Dale Morgan. Brothers-in-law Stewart Morgan (Carrie), Herbert Morgan (Bessie). Also a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Holloway’s Funeral Home, Whitbourne.
Visitation Friday from 10:00 am – 9:00 pm. Saturday 10:00 am – 12:00 noon. Funeral service will be held from St. John the Baptist Anglican Church , Whitbourne at
2:00 pm. Inurnment at the Anglican Cemetery, Whitbourne. Donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or a Charity of One’s Choice.

I am happy i got to meet him, and you for that matter when i lived back in Whitbourne..John was so sweet, always had a smile…i hope you are comforted by all your happy and wonderful memories together, and you find comfort in your many family and friends that surround you..
