WOODMAN, Donald Maxwell,   Passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, Donald Maxwell Woodman of Norman’s Cove, age 81 years old.
 Predeceased by parents Hector & Edna Woodman and brother  Charles Woodman from New Harbour., In-laws Ernest & Ida Newhook, brother-in-law Calvin
Newhook and sister-in-law Hilda Jane Walsh from Long Cove, nephew Donald Maxwell Newhook from Mississauga.
Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 53 years  Mary, son Gary (Michelle), daughter Dana (Steve) Piercey. Also leaving to mourn with fond and happy memories, sister-in-law Shirley Woodman, brothers-in-law; Len (Clara), Clarence (Irene), Sidney (Lisa), Baxter Newhook, nieces and nephews, caring homeworkers Kimberley Stead and Jalisa Barnes and a large circle of family & friends. We cannot forget his beautiful furbabies, Lilly Belle and Mya.
Resting at The Good Shepherd Anglican Church, Norman’s Cove. Visitation Tuesday, Aug 29,  2:00 – 4:00 pm, 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Wednesday, Aug 30.  10:00 am – 12:00 noon. Funeral service will take place on Aug. 30 at 2:00 pm. Donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer-Dementia Association or The Primates World Relief and Development Fund.

  1. We are so saddened to hear of Don’s passing. He was a special man and friend. He was a wonderful help to his church during our time in Norman’s Cove. Mary, Dana and Gary we are sorry for your loss and will hold you up in prayer. God Bless you all during this difficult time.

  5. Sorry to hear about Don’s passing.Really enjoyed having a chat with him everytime he visited My grandmother’s house Aunt Lizzy.It was only the other day I asked my father Ron about him.Please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences.I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.Love Judy
