CRANN, Mary.  Gone home to be with the Lord and loved ones gone before her, Mary Crann of Fair Haven, born in Loreburn NL on December 3rd 1941. Predeceased by her husband Cyril Crann, her parents John and Bertha Price, son Derrick, daughters Elaine and Lisa, granddaughter Madison, son-in-law Rick Dowden, brothers Jack Price, Wilson Price, Gordon Price and Samuel James Price, sister Marcie Stringer and sister-in-law Evelyn Crann. Leaving to mourn Son Wilbert Crann (Margot), Daughter Mona Dicks (Frank), Daughter Evelyn Reid (Melvin), Daughter Karen Turpin (Brian) and Son Todd Crann (Michelle), Son-in-law Terry Dicks, Sisters Daisy Collett and Gladys Abbot, Brothers Corbett Price (Lena) and Norman Price (Neta), as well as 13 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren and a large circle of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

 

The family would like to say a heartfelt Thank You to the staff at the Dr. Albert O’Mahony nursing home in Clarenville for their unconditional love and care they gave mom/nan over the last 5 years.

 

Family visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Thursday December 10th.

There will be a graveside service for family and friends at the St. Paul’s By The Sea United Cemetery in Fair Haven at 3:00 pm on Friday December 11th.

Flowers are welcome as well as donations to the St, Paul’s By the sea, United Church in Fair Haven, NL

Today I have a very heavy heart and my mind and soul is with you Wilbert Margot and family todd Michelle and family this is so on fair that we couldn’t come home but I’m so thankful that I got to see her in November when I was home I love you mom and will miss you for ever but we will be together someday again until then rest my beautiful mom😘😘😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️

  2. Sure wish I could be there to say goodbye to aunt mary she was like a second mom to me I have many great memories of her that i will treasure glad she is not suffering anymore RIP my sweet aunt.Thinking of all the family at this time love you all hugs 💔

  6. Thoughts and prayers to the crann/price family. Thinking of u all so much and all the fond memories our families shared together. Mary is with Lisa now or lisee as I’ve heard her called by her mom many times growing up. I also remember how Lisa would take eat bits of the dough that mary had left to rise when ever she made homemade bread. I always remember mary being smiley and happy and sweet when us kids would come looking for Lisa. She loved to see the little ones coming around and smothering them in hugs and kisses. Love to u all.   7. Sending my love and prayers to all my extended family. Though we don’t know each other closely we are blessed to be connected by the wonderful women that we came from. My Nan (Marcie) loved her family above anything and I know she is with her now and forever. Take care of each other and yourselves, thinking of you all.
