My condolences to all of Mr Smith’s family and especially his granddaughter, Ginger. I only knew him as Pop and I never met him but I feel like I knew him because of all the times Ginger talked about him. The love she shared for him was so evident and especially in the last few days of his life when she travelled to NL to say her goodbyes . She have so much love in her heart for him and her Nan and I know she is sad and his memory will be in her heart forever . RIP Mr. Smith
Berdina. I am so sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. I knew through our class conversations that he was getting more unwell. There is no good time to lose a loved one but it seems a little more difficult to bear in this most joyous season. My thoughts are with you. Hope to see you in the new year. Cindy
So sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one. Words will not help with the heartache but hopefully the valued memories you have shared over the years will help ease the painful loss. I only knew him through my daughter-in-law Ginger, however, listening to her stories over the years I feel as though I have missed meeting one of the greatest people in her life. May time heal your hearts.
