Hedley Harvey (Harve) Antle
June 27-1956 – Dec 25-2022

Passed away suddenly at his home in Markland, in the arms of his loving wife Michele on
Dec.25-2022.

Predeceased by his parents Hedley & Mary Antle, his sisters Rita Hillier (Bill), Sarah Brace
(George) and brother in laws Rex Abbott and Nick Broderick also good friend Robert Cumby.

Leaving to mourn his sad loss are wife Michele along with her two daughters Beth-anne and
Amanda Chafe and Granddaughter Emily Whelan, also his two step children Adam & Pamela
Legge. Five sisters Irene Broderick of Appleton, Violet Abbott of St.Johns, Phyllis Antlle of
Appleton, Rev. Florence Antle Brison (Paul) of Cheverie, N.S, Evelyn Barbour (Lloyd) of Mount
Pearl. Special cousin William (Skip) Antle of Markland and dear friends Neil & Theresa Baldwin
and Brian & Karen Griffin. Numerous special nieces and nephews who all held a special place in
his heart, also too many friends to mention them all.

Harve loved being outside with his constant companion Brody whether he was in the woods or
attending to his animals.
Harve’s passing will leave a huge void in everyone’s life who knew him, he made an impression
on everyone he met. He was well known and well liked, he was always willing to lend a hand to
anyone who needed it without even being asked.
Everyone who knew him I’m sure has a story to tell.
He had a huge personality and heart, and was a very unique individual.

Visitation at Holloway’s Funeral Home, Whitbourne on Friday from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 31, 2022  at 11:00 am at Holloway’s Funeral Home.

No flowers by request donations may be made to  the Harvey Antle Memorial Fund.

  1. I’m sorry for you loss. Uncle Harvey as he is know in our family was a very special man. He would do anything for anyone. He always had a story to share.   3. Harvey’s passing has been such a shock and a great loss to us. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Michelle and all of Harvey’s family. We will miss seeing him going in and out the road. He kept us laughing when we got together in the shed. He liked to keep Harry on his toes and always a couple jokes.
    He will be missed by all who knew him.

  4. We are very saddened of Harvey’s sudden passing. We certainly will miss him, he was a super fellow to visit , to chat with and to hang out with. We will treasure our memories with him forever. Our Condolences to Michelle, his family and all who knew and cared about him. God has a new gardener in heaven with a huge heart. God Bless and Love him.

Our deepest condolences to Harves family.Although it has been a long time since I seen him I have found memories of him when I made a visit to markland.Harve was a very kind and generous gentleman he would give you the shirt off his back no questions asked.Harve rest easy it is your turn to fly high with the angels.Rip until we meet again.

  10. I knew Harvey from Weirs when I worked with him. He was the sweetest man I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He was a very kind, hard working man that didnt mind giving anyone a hand. He will definitely be missed. My condolences to Michele and Harvey’s family.
